The invention provides a concrete mineral admixture capable of improving chloride ion penetration resistance. The concrete mineral admixture is characterized by comprising the following components inpercentage by weight: 40-70% of calcined kaolin tailings, 20-50% of limestone powder, 0-10% of gypsum, 0-5% of slaked lime, 0-0.02% of a water-retaining agent and 0-0.5% of an early strength agent. According to the mineral admixture, a large amount of accumulated kaolin tailings and widely existing limestone are used as raw materials and matched with other additives, and the mineral admixture is simple in production process, low in cost, energy-saving and environment-friendly. The mineral admixture can effectively improve the capability of resisting chloride ion penetration of concrete in theearly stage.
本发明提供一种提高抗氯离子渗透能力的混凝土矿物掺合料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比所述混凝土矿物掺合料包括煅烧高岭土尾矿40~70%,石灰石粉20~50%,石膏0~10%,熟石灰0~5%,保水剂0~0.02%及早强剂0~0.5%。该矿物掺合料使用了大量堆积的高岭土尾矿,与广泛存在的石灰石为原料,配合其他外加剂,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,节能环保。该矿物掺合料能够有效的提高混凝土早期抵抗氯离子渗透的能力。
