The mineral admixture hydraulic concrete comprises 322 to 460 parts of cement, 0 to 69 parts of limestone powder, 0 to 69 parts of fly ash, 0 to 69 parts of slag powder, 724 parts of fine aggregate, 1086 parts of coarse aggregate, 180 parts of water and 4.6 parts of a water reducing agent. The fine aggregate is natural river sand, the selected fine aggregate is medium-coarse sand, the particle size range is 0.3-1.25 mm, and the fine aggregate is completely aired before being used. The coarse aggregate is continuously graded with the particle size of 5-25mm, is full in shape, and is free of needle-sheet-shaped and sheet-shaped broken stones; the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylate water reducing agent, and the polycarboxylate water reducing agent has a good dispersion effect on cement particles, so that the water consumption per unit can be reduced, and the flowability of a concrete mixture is improved. The limestone powder, the fly ash and the slag powder are used as the admixture to replace original concrete raw materials, so that three industrial wastes can be effectively treated, the environment is protected, meanwhile, the mechanical property and the freezing resistance of the hydraulic concrete are also improved, and the requirements of bearing capacity and freezing resistance of hydraulic structures are met.
本发明公开了一种矿物掺合料水工混凝土,包括水泥322‑460份、石灰石粉0‑69份、粉煤灰0‑69份、矿渣粉0‑69份、细骨料724份、粗骨料1086份、水180份和减水剂4.6份。细骨料为天然河砂,选取细骨料为中粗砂,粒径范围为0.3‑1.25mm,使用前完全晾干。粗骨料选取粒径为5‑25mm的连续级配,骨料形状饱满,无针片状和片状碎石。减水剂为聚羧酸盐减水剂,聚羧酸盐减水剂对水泥颗粒有很好的分散作用,能减少单位用水量,改善混凝土拌合物的流动性。本发明采用石灰石粉、粉煤灰和矿渣粉作为掺合料代替原有的混凝土原料,可以有效的处理了三种工业废料,保护环境,同时也提升了水工混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性,满足水工建筑物的承载力和抗冻性的要求。
