The invention discloses special pavement concrete and a preparation method thereof. The special pavement concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 310 to 380 parts of cement; 150to 200 parts of water; 4-8 parts of an additive; 30 to 90 parts of fly ash; 35 to 60 parts of environment-friendly asphalt; 900 to 1300 parts of broken stone; and 600 to 800 parts of machine-made sand. The pavement concrete disclosed by the invention is multifunctional and high-performance special pavement concrete, so that the problems that in the prior art, the pavement concrete is easy to age,break and pothole, short in service life, tedious in repair work and the like are effectively solved.
