As waste aerated concrete recycled fine aggregate is loose and porous and has very strong water absorption, pre-wetted fine aggregate in a saturated surface dry state is obtained by pre-wetting in advance, it can be ensured that the slump is within a reasonable range, and the result shows that the pre-wetted waste aerated concrete particles have an internal curing effect under the condition that other factors are not changed, on the basis of ensuring the construction performance of the pavement concrete, the mechanical property, wear resistance and the like of the pavement concrete meet related requirements, and compared with the performance of a control group (pavement concrete not replaced by waste aerated concrete), the performance of the pavement concrete is not greatly reduced, and engineering practice can be guided.
