The invention belongs to the technical field of porous ceramic membranes, and discloses a preparation method of a gradient pore multilayer ceramic membrane, which comprises the following steps: mixingchopped fibers, film-forming particles and a high-temperature binder solution, and stirring until the materials are uniformly dispersed to obtain ceramic slurry; pouring the ceramic slurry into a mold of which the bottom is sealed with a filter screen, standing until chopped fibers in the ceramic slurry are settled stably, naturally discharging a solvent of the ceramic slurry, and performing suction filtration until a granular membrane is formed after the solvent of the ceramic slurry is not naturally discharged, thereby obtaining a gradient pore multilayer ceramic membrane wet blank; and finally, drying the gradient-pore multilayer ceramic membrane wet blank, and sintering to obtain the gradient-pore multilayer ceramic membrane. The gradient pore multilayer ceramic membrane with a wide pore diameter range can be prepared by utilizing the settling velocity difference of different types of raw materials in the slurry and adopting a simple process of one-time suction filtration, has theadvantages of small filtration resistance and high filtration efficiency, and can meet various filtration requirements.
本发明属于多孔陶瓷膜技术领域,公开了一种梯度孔多层陶瓷膜的制备方法,将短切纤维、成膜颗粒与高温粘结剂溶液混合,搅拌至分散均匀得到陶瓷浆料;然后将陶瓷浆料倒入底部封有滤网的模具,静置至陶瓷浆料中的短切纤维沉降稳定,之后将陶瓷浆料的溶剂自然排出,待不再自然排出后进行抽滤直至形成颗粒膜,得到梯度孔多层陶瓷膜湿坯;最后将梯度孔多层陶瓷膜湿坯干燥后烧结获得梯度孔多层陶瓷膜。本发明利用不同种类原料在浆料中的沉降速度差别,采用一次抽滤的简单工艺,可以制备出孔径范围较宽的梯度孔多层陶瓷膜,兼具过滤阻力小和过滤效率高的优点,能够满足多种过滤需求。
