The invention discloses a preparation process of a ceramic rear cover, which comprises the following steps: 1. preparing turbid liquid from high-purity nano zirconium oxide powder by using deionized water with the concentration of 90%, adding a dispersing agent into the turbid liquid, adding a wear-resistant compound, TiO2 and SiO2, and stirring by using an external stirrer; 2, adding a binding agent into the binder obtained in the step 1 to obtain doped and modified nano zirconium oxide powder; 3, mixing the substance obtained in the step 2 with an organic plasticizer solution according to aproper ratio to prepare mixed slurry with certain viscosity, and carrying out wet grinding on the mixed slurry to obtain tape casting slurry. By adding the wear-resistant compound, the wear resistanceof a finished product can be improved, the wear resistance is improved, the generation of surface scratches is reduced, the service lifetime is prolonged, and meanwhile, the attractiveness is ensuredin later use; by limiting the concentration of the deionized water, the purity is higher and the later use performance is stronger in the early burdening.
