The invention discloses a municipal road surface cutting machine. The machine structurally comprises a driver, a protective cover, a blade, a cutting machine and handles, the driver is fixedly connected with the cutting machine in an embedded manner; the protective cover is connected with the cutting machine; the handles are mounted at the rear ends of the two sides of the cutting machine; the blade is movably clamped with the cutting machine; when the blades are used for cutting seams in the inclined road surface, through the cutter teeth on the blade, the gripping force of the blade to a gapcut in the road surface can be enhanced; therefore, a fact that the cutting depth of a road seam cut by the blade due to inclination of a road surface is less than that of a horizontal road surface;therefore, the stress strength of the cut pavement expansion joint is not uniform does not easily occur; an extrusion force is generated on a stressed plate on the wet fine sand removing mechanism bythe road seam; by arranging the reset strip, the stress plate can swing inwards along the bottom plate, and when the stress plate loses extrusion force generated by wet fine sand on the stress plate,the stress plate can be quickly pushed to rebound and reset through the reset strip, so that the stress plate can bounce off the wet fine sand attached to the surface of the stress plate.
