The invention discloses municipal road surface cutting equipment, which structurally comprises a handrail, a machine body, a driver and a cutting tool, wherein the handrail is connected with the upper end of the machine body in a welded mode, the driver is fixedly embedded in the upper surface of the machine body, the cutting tool is installed on the left side of the driver, and by a throwing force generated by rotation of blades on the cutting tool, the vibration mechanism can extend outwards along the built-in block under the cooperation of the linkage block and the elastic ring, so that the inner side of the combination ring can be impacted, and an asphalt melting layer attached to the outer surface of the combination ring can be rapidly vibrated off before solidification; by the throwing force generated by rotation of thecombination ring, the connecting plate can contract downwards under the cooperation of the elastic sheet, so that the heat conduction strip can continuously conduct out heat on the bottom plate, and through the process, the situation that asphalt which is completely melted by high heat of the blade cannot be completely vibrated off due to the fact that the whole asphalt is liquid can be effectively avoided.
