Novel fabricated box culvert and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel fabricated box culvert and a construction method thereof. The box culvert is mainly composed of an upper box culvert body (1) and a lower box culvert body (2), a plurality of vertical steel bars (3) are arranged in the upper box culvert body (1), and the vertical steel bars (3) extend out of the upper box culvert body (1) in the vertical direction; and a plurality of steel sleeves (4) matched with the vertical steel bars in the upper-layer box culvert are arranged in the lower-layer box culvert (2). Each section of box culvert is divided into the upper layer andthe lower layer, the layers are connected in a sleeve grouting mode, the sleeve grouting technology is different from the prior art, the sleeve is arranged at the top end of the lower component, grouting can be directly performed without special equipment, the connection compactness is guaranteed, and leakage is prevented.
本发明公开了一种新型装配式箱涵及其施工方法,该箱涵主要由上层箱涵(1)和下层箱涵(2)组成,所述上层箱涵(1)内设有多根竖向钢筋(3),所述竖向钢筋(3)沿竖直方向伸出上层箱涵(1)外;所述下层箱涵(2)内设有多个与上层箱涵中的竖向钢筋适配的钢套筒(4)。本发明将每段箱涵分为上下两层,层与层之间采用套筒灌浆的方式连接,该套筒灌浆技术区别于以往技术,而是将套筒设置于下部构件顶端,不需要专门设备进行注浆,直接灌注即可,保证了连接密实度,防止渗漏。
