Steel structure and welding process thereof
The invention relates to a steel structure. The steel structure comprises a web, four flange plates welded to the web, rib plates, two side plates, a plurality of welding columns and lifting lugs. Thetwo side ends of each rib plate are welded to the web and the corresponding flange plate correspondingly, the two side plates are welded to the flange plates, the welding columns are welded to the web, and the lifting lugs are connected with the side plates through bolts. The four flange plates are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the web. The rib plates are used for connecting the web with the flange plates, and the welding columns are symmetrically distributed at the two ends of the web. At least two connecting points are arranged between the lifting lugs and the side plates, and holes are formed in the lifting lugs and used for hoisting hooks. The flange plates and the web are welded through electric resistance welding. The rib plates, the web and the flange plates are welded through gas shielded arc welding. The side plates and the web are welded through tubular welding wire arc welding, and the welding columns and the web are brazed. According to the steel structure and awelding process thereof, the problems of repeated welding and lifting lug cutting during hoisting of the steel structure are solved, damage to the steel structure before and after hoisting of the steel structure is reduced, and the problem that the strength of a welding point of a traditional steel structure is insufficient is further solved.
