Steel structure welding and construction process
The invention provides a steel structure welding and construction process. The steel structure welding and construction process comprises the following steps that steel structure stand columns and steel structure supporting rib plates are arranged; the steel structure supporting rib plates and the steel structure stand columns are welded together through electric welding; a waterproof resin plateis arranged to enable waterproof resin, the steel structure stand columns and a foundation to be connected to form a containing space for containing the steel structure supporting rib plates; and mixed materials are poured, so that the mixed materials wrap the steel structure supporting rib plates and the welding position. In the actual implementation process, the mixed materials formed by mixingconcrete and water absorption foaming particles are poured outside a welding position, the welding position is wrapped in a wall body after the mixed materials are solidified, connection between steelstructures is reinforced, meanwhile, the welding position is isolated from the external environment, the influence of the external environment is avoided, thus corrosion of the welding position is relieved, welding is firmer, meanwhile, the water absorption foaming particles in the mixed materials can absorb water in the concrete, and solidification of the concrete is accelerated.
本发明提出一种钢结构焊接及施工工艺,包括以下步骤:设置钢结构立柱与钢结构支撑筋板;通过电焊将钢结构支撑筋板与钢结构立柱焊接在一起;设置防水树脂板使防水树脂、钢结构立柱与地基连接形成容置钢结构支撑筋板的容置空间;通过浇筑混合物料,使混合物料包覆钢结构支撑筋板与焊接处;在实际实施过程中,通过在焊接处外浇筑由混凝土与吸水发泡颗粒混合而成的混合物料,混合物料凝固后将焊接处包覆于墙体内,加固了钢结构间的连接,同时使焊接处与外界环境隔离开来,避免外界环境的影响从而减缓焊接处的锈蚀,使得焊接更加牢固,同时混合物料内的吸水发泡颗粒可吸收混凝土内的水分,加快混凝土的凝固。
