The invention discloses a novel prefabricated concrete frame column and a mounting method. The main body of the prefabricated concrete frame column is a prefabricated concrete column (3), a pluralityof longitudinal steel bars (4) and transverse stirrups are arranged in the prefabricated concrete column (3) in parallel, the lower parts of the longitudinal steel bars (4) extend to the lower end ofthe prefabricated concrete column (3), each longitudinal steel bar (4) extending out of the upper part of the prefabricated concrete column (3) is connected with one steel sleeve (1) through threads,the number of the steel sleeves (1) is equal to the number of the longitudinal steel bars (4), and stirrups (2) for fixing the structures of the steel sleeves (1) are arranged around the steel sleeves(1). According to the novel prefabricated concrete frame column and the mounting method, by improving the structure of the frame column, the steel sleeves are arranged at the top of the prefabricatedconcrete frame column, and the connected longitudinal steel bars are adjusted to the lower part of the frame column, so that a lower grouting hole and a grout outlet are not required to be formed, the structure of the frame column is simplified, and the situation of uncompacted grouting is avoided.
本发明公开了一种新型预制混凝土框架柱及安装方法;所述预制混凝土框架柱主体为预制混凝土柱(3),所述预制混凝土柱(3)内平行设有若干根纵向钢筋(4)和横向箍筋,纵向钢筋(4)的下部伸出至预制混凝土柱(3)的下端;所述预制混凝土柱(3)上部伸出的每根纵向钢筋(4)通过螺纹连接一个钢套筒(1),所述钢套筒(1)与纵向钢筋(4)与钢套筒(1)的数量相等;所述钢套筒(1)四周设有固定其结构的箍筋(2)。本发明通过改进框架柱的结构,将钢套筒布置在预制混凝土框架柱的顶部,将连接的纵向钢筋调整到框架柱的下部,免于设置下注浆孔和出浆孔;简化了框架柱结构,避免了灌浆不密实的问题。
