Colored glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention provides colored glaze. The colored glaze comprises the following raw materials: 15-25 parts of carefully selected powder, 8-15 parts of kaolin, 12-20 parts of quartzite, 6-12 parts of feldspar powder, 8-14 parts of barium carbonate, 5-13 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 8-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of selenium powder, 3-5 parts of sodium oxide and 35-45 parts of deionized water. According to the invention, the whole raw materials including the carefully selected mud powder, kaolin, quartzite, feldspar powder, barium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, selenium powder, sodium oxide and deionized water are matched and can be used as main materials and auxiliary materials of the colored glaze, so reaction potential among the raw material components is stimulated; and the prepared glaze can be fully glazed on the surface and the interior of a selected blank through the cooperation of main material preparation, auxiliary material preparation, mixing preparation, sieving centrifugation, biscuiting, glazing, glaze firing and detection and unloading of a finished product, so the overall preparation effect of the glaze and the blank is enhanced.
