The modified boric sludge is prepared by the following steps: stirring an adhesion promoter in a water bath at 55-60 DEG C for 30-45 minutes, adding boric sludge, continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, and drying at 105 DEG C to obtain the modified boric sludge. The adhesion promoter is added into the boric sludge for modification, so that the surface energy of the boric sludge or silicon dioxide particles is reduced, the wettability with a green body is improved, the compatibility of the glaze and the green body is improved, and the adhesion of the glaze to the green body is improved.
