Novel active light-emitting design and manufacturing method of light source panel for traffic sign
The invention belongs to the technical field of light source panels for traffic signs, and particularly relates to a novel active light-emitting design and manufacturing method of a light source panelfor a traffic sign. The method comprises a panel, wherein the panel is electrically connected with a control box through a wire, and an inductor is arranged in the control box; a first groove is formed in the inner wall of the panel; a circuit board is fixedly mounted on the surface of the first groove; lamp beads which are evenly distributed are fixedly installed on the outer surface of the circuit board; and the distance between every two lamp beads is greater than 20mm and less than 30mm. The method is mainly applied to solving the problems that when the traffic sign encounters cold weather, the temperature in the traffic sign panel is higher than that of the outside, a light source is blocked to influence the observation of pedestrians due to the fact that gas in the traffic sign is desublimated to generate water mist to be adhered to glass of the traffic sign, and that the luminous degree of the traffic sign is reduced due to the fact that rainwater or mist is easily adhered to aglass plate of the traffic sign in heavy fog weather or heavy rain weather.
本发明属于交通标志用光源面板技术领域,具体的说是一种新型交通标志用光源面板主动发光设计与制造方法;包括面板;所述面板通过导线与控制箱电连接,且控制箱内装有感应器;所述面板内壁中开设有第一凹槽;所述第一凹槽表面固定安装有电路板;所述电路板外表面均固定安装有均匀布置的灯珠;每个所述灯珠之间的距离均大于20mm小于30mm;本发明主要用于交通标志遇到较冷的天气时,由于交通标志面板内温度比外界高,从而会使交通标志内的气体发生凝华从而产生水雾粘附在交通标识的玻璃上,从而会遮挡光源,影响行人观看,当遇到大雾天气或大雨天气时,交通标志的玻璃板上容易会沾附雨水或雾气,从而降低交通标志的发光程度的问题。
