The invention discloses an active light-emitting panel display traffic sign, and relates to the technical field of road sign display panels. The traffic sign comprises a panel, a circuit board, LED lamps and an FRP transparent plate are arranged on the panel, the distance between the LED lamps is 28 mm, a microprism reflective film is pasted to the outer surface of the FRP transparent plate, a second groove is formed in the panel, a rotating shaft, a pull rope, a cleaning rod and cleaning cotton are arranged in the second groove, and a solar panel is arranged above the panel. The rotating shaft, the pull rope and the cleaning rod are arranged in the second groove, water mist on the FRP transparent plate in the panel is conveniently removed, and the situation that the water mist enters a circuit board, short circuit is caused, and the service life is shortened is avoided; in addition, the microprism reflective film is pasted on the outer surface of the FRP transparent plate, and the LED lamps with the adjacent distance of 28 mm are installed on the circuit board arranged in a zigzag shape, so that the circuit board with the same area can be divided into two parts which can be used by a backlight source with the double light-emitting area, a half of the circuit board can be omitted, and the light-emitting effect is better.
本发明公开了一种主动发光的面板显示交通标志,涉及道路标志显示面板技术领域。本发明包括面板,面板上设置电路板、LED灯和FRP透明板,每个LED灯之间的距离为28mm,FRP透明板外表面粘贴有微棱镜反光膜,面板上设置第二凹槽,第二凹槽内设置转轴、拉绳、清理杆和清理棉,面板上方设置太阳能板。本发明通过在第二凹槽内设置转轴、拉绳和清理杆,方便清除面板内FRP透明板上的水雾,避免水雾进入电路板造成短路减少使用寿命;还通过在FRP透明板外表面粘贴有微棱镜反光膜且将相邻距离设置为28mm的LED灯安装在锯齿形排列的电路板上,使同等面积的线路板可以拆分成两块,可以供给两倍发光面积的背光源使用,节约了一半线路板,且发光效果更佳。
