The invention discloses a fully-removable reusable frame prefabricated building. The frame prefabricated building comprises ground beams, bottom plates, laminates, wallboards and top plates; the ground beams are arranged in parallel and buried underground; the bottom parts are fixed to the upper layer; bottom plate grooves are formed in upper surfaces of the bottom plates; the multiple bottom plates are spliced to make the bottom plate grooves communicate; the bottom face of each bottom plate groove is provided with a threaded hole; the laminates, the wallboards and the top plates are each provided with through vertical connecting holes; the wallboards are embedded into the bottom plate grooves; the laminates or the top plates are installed at the top to make the threaded holes aligned with the through vertical connecting holes of the laminates, the wallboards and the top plates; then screws pass through the aligned vertical connecting holes and threaded holes for fixing; laminate grooves are formed in upper surfaces of the laminates; the wallboards are embedded into the laminate grooves; then, the laminates or top plates are installed further to the top; each screw is of a doublethread screw structure; and lengthening is performed through connecting nuts, so that the ground beams, the bottom plates, the laminates, the wallboards and the top plates are connected into a whole.The frame prefabricated building has long service life, and is environmental-friendly and reliable, convenient to install and maintain, and low in manufacturing and installation cost.
