Structure and method for pouring concrete into grouting hole of high-altitude steel column
The invention discloses a structure and method for pouring concrete into a grouting hole of a high-altitude steel column. The method comprises the steps that the structure for pouring the concrete isprepared, wherein the structure for pouring the concrete comprises a funnel, a supporting pipe arranged below the funnel, an inclined pipe arranged on the supporting pipe and a connecting structure arranged on the supporting pipe and capable of being connected with the steel column; the funnel is installed on the concrete column, an outlet of the inclined pipe is aligned with the grouting hole inthe concrete column, and the supporting pipe is connected with the steel column through the connecting structure; and the concrete is poured into the funnel, and the concrete enters the grouting holethrough the inclined pipe. The structure and method have the beneficial effects that the concrete in the funnel can be guided into the grouting hole through the inclined pipe, equipment is prevented from making contact with the steel column, the constructed structure cannot be affected, mechanical equipment can be adopted for grouting operation, the grouting efficiency can be improved, the construction period can be shortened, concrete segregation can be prevented, and therefore the pouring quality can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种用于高空钢柱灌浆孔灌注混凝土的结构及方法,包括制备灌注混凝土的结构,灌注混凝土的结构包括漏斗、设置在漏斗下方的支撑管、设置在支撑管上的斜管和设置在支撑管上且能够与钢柱连接的连接结构;将漏斗安装在混凝土柱上,使斜管的出口对准混凝土柱上的灌浆孔,利用连接结构将支撑管与钢柱相连接;向漏斗灌注混凝土,使混凝土通过斜管进入灌浆孔内。本发明的有益效果是:本方案能够利用斜管将漏斗内的混凝土导入灌浆孔,避免设备与钢柱发生接触,不会影响已经施工完成的结构,并且能够采用机械设备进行灌浆操作,有利于提高灌浆的效率,缩短施工周期,防止混凝土离析,从而保障浇筑质量。
