The invention discloses a magnesium oxide production system. The system comprises a vacuum material suction vehicle which is slidably mounted on the side of a feeding part above a calcining furnace, wherein a feeding unit of the vacuum material suction vehicle sequentially supplies materials in the vacuum material suction vehicle to each calcining chamber of the calcining furnace; a material overturning mechanism for overturning materials in each calcining chamber from the lower part to the upper part is arranged above the calcining furnace in a sliding manner; outlets of the calcining chambers are respectively communicated with a material collecting kettle through pipelines, the material collecting kettle is connected with a bag-type dust collector, and the material collecting kettle provides power for drawing materials in the calcining chambers into the material collecting kettle through an induced draft fan connected with the bag-type dust collector. The system has the characteristics that the production efficiency is high, the percent of pass of finished products is high, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The system is suitable for the field of magnesium oxide production.
本发明公开了一种氧化镁生产系统,包括滑动安装于煅烧炉上方进料处侧的真空吸料车,真空吸料车的送料单元将其内的物料依次供给煅烧炉的各煅烧室,于煅烧炉的上方滑动安装有用于将各煅烧室内的物料由下部翻至上部的翻料机构,各煅烧室的出口分别通过管路连通于集料釜上,集料釜与布袋除尘器连接,且集料釜通过与布袋除尘器连接的引风机为将煅烧室内物料抽拉入集料釜来提供动力。本发明具有生产效率高、成品合格率高,且生产成本大幅降低的特点。本发明适用于氧化镁的生产领域。
