The system comprises a vacuum material suction vehicle which is slidably mounted on the side of a feeding part above a calcining furnace, wherein a feeding unit of the vacuum material suction vehicle sequentially supplies materials in the vacuum material suction vehicle to each calcining chamber of the calcining furnace; a material overturning mechanism for overturning materials in each calcining chamber from the lower part to the upper part is arranged above the calcining furnace in a sliding manner; outlets of the calcining chambers are respectively communicated with a material collecting kettle through pipelines, the material collecting kettle is connected with a bag-type dust collector, and the material collecting kettle provides power for drawing materials in the calcining chambers into the material collecting kettle through an induced draft fan connected with the bag-type dust collector. The system has the characteristics that the production efficiency is high, the percent of pass of finished products is high, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The system is suitable for the field of magnesium oxide production.
