Fly ash-red mud based geopolymer excited by carbide slag and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a fly ash-red mud based geopolymer excited by carbide slag and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer comprises the following components by mass percentage: 30-50% of flyash, 20-40% of red mud and 20-40% of carbide slag, and the mass ratio of sand to fly ash + red mud + carbide slag is 2.5-3.5. The geopolymer is prepared by the steps of standing and layering a carbideslag stock solution to respectively obtain carbide slag upper supernatant and carbide slag lower slurry, naturally airing and crushing red mud and the carbide slag lower slurry, performing sieving with a 0.16mm square hole sieve, and stirring and mixing the obtained powder with fly ash, sand and the carbide slag supernatant in sequence according to a preset mass ratio. According to the present invention, large-area stacked industrial waste residue is used to prepare the new geopolymer so as to replace a large amount of Portland cement, such that the waste is turned into treasure, the environment is protected, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种利用电石渣激发粉煤灰‑赤泥基地聚合物及其制备方法,地聚合物的组分按质量百分比为:30~50%的粉煤灰、20~40%的赤泥和20~40%的电石渣,砂与粉煤灰+赤泥+电石渣的质量比为2.5~3.5。将电石渣原液进行静置分层,分别得到电石渣上部清液和电石渣下部浆体,对赤泥和电石渣下部浆体进行自然晾干、压碎并过0.16mm方孔筛,再以预设质量比依次与粉煤灰、砂、电石渣上部清液进行搅拌混合,得到地聚合物.本发明使用大面积堆放的工业废渣,制备出一种新的地聚合物,大量取代硅酸盐水泥,变废为宝,保护环境的同时降低了生产成本。
