The preparation method of the slag geopolymer concrete comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials including slag, aggregate and a part of carbonization additive, stirring for the first time in an atmosphere containing carbon dioxide, and carbonizing to obtain a carbonized material; and mixing the carbonized material with the auxiliary material and the residual carbonization auxiliary agent, and carrying out secondary stirring to obtain the slurry of the slag geopolymer concrete. The slag geopolymer concrete is prepared by using the preparation method of the slag geopolymer concrete provided by the invention. According to the preparation method of the slag geopolymer concrete, efficient and deep carbonization of the slag is achieved within a short time, the setting time of the slag geopolymer concrete is effectively prolonged, operation is easy, raw materials are easy to obtain, and expanded production is facilitated. The slag geopolymer concrete prepared by the method provided by the invention has longer setting time, and is beneficial to wide application in engineering.
