Oriented porous slag-based geopolymer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of porous materials, in particular to an oriented porous slag-based geopolymer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following four steps: preparing alkali slag slurry, freezing and forming a frozen blank, conducting drying at low temperature and low pressure to obtain an oriented porous plain blank, and obtaining the oriented porous slag-based geopolymer. The preparation method is simple in process, low in cost and environmentally friendly, the preparation method of the porous slag-based geopolymer provided by the invention can regulate and control the preparation of the pore structure, and the preparation method can realize the structural regulation and control of the pore size, the pore direction and the pore form; and compared with a ceramic polymer system, the preparation method does not need the use of a binder and a dispersant and high-temperature sintering, and is green and environment-friendly.
本发明涉及多孔材料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种定向多孔矿渣基地质聚合物及其制备方法。该制备方法:包括碱矿渣浆体的制备、冷冻胚体的冷冻成型、低温低压干燥获得定向多孔素胚、定向多孔矿渣基地质聚合物的获得四个步骤。本发明的制备方法工艺简单、成本低、绿色环保,利用本发明提供的多孔矿渣基地质聚合物的制备方法可调控孔结构的制备,该制备方法可实现孔大小、孔方向和孔形态的结构调控;该制备方法与利用陶瓷高分子体系相比无需粘结剂和分散剂的使用和高温烧结,绿色环保。
