Pile head breaking method
The invention discloses a pile head breaking method. The pile head breaking method comprises the following steps that S1, a reinforcement cage is manufactured and a pile top elevation line is marked,the reinforcement cage comprises main reinforcements, the parts of the main reinforcements above the pile top elevation line are wrapped with isolation sleeves, and at least one embedded pipe is fixedat the pile top elevation line of the reinforcement cage and is horizontally placed; S2, the reinforcement cage is mounted and concrete is poured to form a cast-in-place pile comprising a cast-in-place pile base below the pile top elevation line and a pile head above the pile top elevation line; S3, earthwork is excavated, the embedded pipe at the pile top elevation line is found, a splitting rodis put into the embedded pipe, the pile head is jacked and broken with the splitting rod to separate the cast-in-place pile base from the pile head; and S4, the pile head is lifted by a crane to complete breaking. According to the invention, the damage to the main reinforcements when the pile head is broken can be avoided; a rotating head can be directly hoisted out to reduce the impact on the cast-in-place pile base; and the breaking process is fast so that the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种桩头破除方法,包括以下步骤:S1,制作钢筋笼,并标识桩顶标高线,所述钢筋笼包括主筋,将主筋位于桩顶标高线以上的部分采用隔离套管包裹,在钢筋笼的桩顶标高线处固定至少一根预埋管,所述预埋管水平置放;S2,安装钢筋笼并浇筑混凝土,以形成灌注桩,灌注桩包括位于桩顶标高线以下的灌注桩本部以及位于桩顶标高线以上的桩头;S3,挖开土方,找到桩顶标高线处的预埋管,在预埋管中放入劈裂棒,并用劈裂棒对桩头进行顶升破裂,将灌注桩本部和桩头分离;S4,用吊车吊起桩头,完成破除。本发明能避免破除桩头时对主筋的破坏,能直接将转头直接吊出,减少对灌注桩本部的冲击,且破除过程快速,减少施工成本。
