The invention discloses a pile head breaking auxiliary device for a cast-in-place pile and a pile head breaking method.The auxiliary device is installed at the top of a reinforcement cage and comprises a first annular partition plate provided with a first through hole, a second annular partition plate provided with a second through hole and a third through hole and a sleeve assembly. Wherein the first through hole corresponds to the second through hole; a first sleeve with two unclosed ends is communicated with the first through hole and the second through hole, and a second sleeve with one unclosed end is communicated with the first sleeve through the second through hole; a rubber air bag is arranged in the sleeve assembly; in addition, a hydraulic rod is further included, penetrates through the third through hole and is fixed to the top end of the first annular partition plate. During construction, a top main reinforcement of a reinforcement cage penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole and is arranged in the first sleeve and the second sleeve in a sleeving manner, so that the device is mounted. By the adoption of the auxiliary device, bond wrapping between concrete and the top main reinforcement can be avoided; the flatness of the broken section of the pile head can be ensured by using the hydraulic rod; the rubber air bag and the hydraulic rod piece can be detached and recycled.
