The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a prestressed support for concrete support dismantling and a construction method thereof. The prestressed support comprises a prestressed bracket, the prestressed bracket comprises a bracket body, a force transmission frame and a prestress loading system, the bracket body comprises vertical rods, diagonal rods,cross rods, height adjusting discs and screw foot supports, ring locks are arranged on the upper positions, middle positions and lower positions of the vertical rods correspondingly, the cross rods are connected with the vertical rods through the ring locks, and the four vertical rods are connected into a whole. The screw foot supports are arranged below the vertical rods, the height adjusting discs are arranged between the vertical rods and the screw foot supports and used for adjusting the height of the bracket body, the force transmission frame comprises a force transmission rod and a force bearing plate, the force transmission rod is connected with the middle ring locks of the four vertical rods, the prestress loading system is arranged below the force bearing plate, and when being cut, a concrete support is sequentially dismantled from the middle to the two sides. The prestressed support is reasonable in order, high in safety and high in construction speed; the prestressed bracket is high in reliability, convenient to construction and reusable; and the prestressed support is mainly applied to the aspect of concrete support dismantling.
