OXYGEN PERMEABLE ELEMENT AND SPUTTERING TARGET MATERIAL
This oxygen permeable element (10) comprises an anode (13), a cathode (12) and a solid electrolyte (11). By applying a voltage between the anode (13) and the cathode (12), an oxygen gas contained in the atmosphere on the cathode (12) side is permeated through the solid electrolyte (11) to the anode (13) side. This oxygen permeable element (10) comprises an intermediate layer (15, 16) between the solid electrolyte (11) and at least one of the anode (13) and the cathode (12). The intermediate layer (15, 16) contains an oxide of bismuth. The solid electrolyte (11) contains an oxide of lanthanum.

This oxygen permeable element (10) comprises an anode (13), a cathode (12) and a solid electrolyte (11). By applying a voltage between the anode (13) and the cathode (12), an oxygen gas contained in the atmosphere on the cathode (12) side is permeated through the solid electrolyte (11) to the anode (13) side. This oxygen permeable element (10) comprises an intermediate layer (15, 16) between the solid electrolyte (11) and at least one of the anode (13) and the cathode (12). The intermediate layer (15, 16) contains an oxide of bismuth. The solid electrolyte (11) contains an oxide of lanthanum.
