The invention provides a construction platform of a large-span trestle support pile, which comprises a floating platform, a plurality of sets of guide frames are arranged on the floating platform, and a plurality of sets of hoisting equipment and drilling equipment are arranged corresponding to the guide frames; the floating platform comprises barges arranged on the two sides of the pile position, and the two barges are connected through a connecting component, so that a plurality of pile position construction areas are formed between the two barges. Anchorage systems are arranged at the four corners of each barge, and each anchorage system comprises an anchor chain, an anchorage at the tail end of the anchor chain and an anchoring device used for stretching and retracting the anchor chain.
