Temporary hinge construction method for steel pipe arch rib installation
The invention relates to steel pipe arch bridge construction of buildings such as highways, house buildings and railways in the field of infrastructures, in particular to a temporary hinge construction method for steel pipe arch rib installation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) manufacturing an embedded part in a factory, welding shear nails to the outer wall of an embedded steel pipe, and welding reinforcing ribs after on-site embedding; 2) fixing the pre-buried part manufactured in the step (1) to arch support concrete through a pre-buried steel pipe, fixing the hinged part to apre-buried plate through a connecting piece, and fixedly connecting a hinged cylinder with a steel pipe arch rib main chord pipe and placing the hinged cylinder in a semi-cylindrical hinged groove, wherein the reinforcing ribs are matched according to the arc shapes of the hinge grooves. The invention provides a temporary hinge construction method for mounting a steel tube arch rib, relates to atemporary hinge device for adjusting the elevation of the arch rib in an arch rib mounting project of a steel tube arch bridge, and solves the problem that the line shape and the elevation of the archrib cannot be corrected in real time in the mounting process of a large steel member in the prior art.
