Steel pipe wall temporary construction method
According to the present invention, a method for constructing a temporary steel facility for a circular steel pipe wall comprises: a. a step of drilling a soil layer and a rock layer to insert a plurality of support beams to the rock layer at prescribed intervals; b. a step of inserting a plurality of steel pipes along an outer edge of the support beams in contact with each other in a longitudinal direction of the steel pipes to form a wall; c. a step of forming a barrier wall below a lower end of the wall to block water from infiltrating into the wall; d. a step of excavating the soil layer inside the wall and installing a furring strip in a width direction of the support beams; e. a step of installing a push prevention beam at a height of the furring strip between the support beams in the width direction of the support beams; and f. a step of finishing excavation of the rock layer. According to the present invention, the method for constructing a temporary steel facility for a circular steel pipe wall forms the wall using the steel pipes, in which a gap blocking portion is formed to improve an effect of blocking inflow water through the soil layer in comparison to a conventional wall formed by a sheet pile. Before excavation, cement mortar is filled in the lower end of the steel pipes to form a front barrier wall to improve constructability and eliminate a process of installing and removing a barrier member to shorten construction time and reduce construction costs.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 a. 토사층 및 암반층을 천공하여 미리 정해진 간격으로 복수 개의 지주대를 상기 암반층까지 근입시키는 단계와, b. 상기 복수개의 지주대의 바깥쪽 둘레를 따라 복수 개의 강관을 근입시키되 상기 강관의 길이방향으로 맞닿도록 근입시켜 벽체를 형성하는 단계와, c. 상기 벽체의 안쪽으로 물이 인입되는 것을 차단하기 위해서 상기 벽체의 하단부 아래쪽에 차수벽을 형성하는 단계와, d. 상기 벽체 안쪽의 토사층을 터파기 하고, 상기 복수 개의 지주대의 가로 방향으로 띠장을 설치하는 단계와, e. 상기 복수 개의 지주대 사이에 상기 지주대의 가로 방향으로 마련되되, 상기 띠장과 같은 높이에 밀림방지용지주대를 설치하는 단계와, f. 상기 암반층의 터파기를 완료하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원형 강관 벽체 강가시설 시공방법이 제공된다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 원형 강관 벽체 강가시설 시공방법에 따르면, 틈새차단부가 형성된 복수개의 강관으로 벽체를 이룸으로써 종래의 시트 파일로 형성된 벽체보다 토사층을 통한 유입수의 차수 효과가 향상되며, 굴토 전에 상기 강관의 하단부로 시멘트 몰탈을 채워 넣어 선차수벽을 형성함으로써 시공성이 향상되고, 차수부재를 설치 및 제거하는 공정이 필요 없어 시공기간이 단축되며, 공사비 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

According to the present invention, a method for constructing a temporary steel facility for a circular steel pipe wall comprises: a. a step of drilling a soil layer and a rock layer to insert a plurality of support beams to the rock layer at prescribed intervals; b. a step of inserting a plurality of steel pipes along an outer edge of the support beams in contact with each other in a longitudinal direction of the steel pipes to form a wall; c. a step of forming a barrier wall below a lower end of the wall to block water from infiltrating into the wall; d. a step of excavating the soil layer inside the wall and installing a furring strip in a width direction of the support beams; e. a step of installing a push prevention beam at a height of the furring strip between the support beams in the width direction of the support beams; and f. a step of finishing excavation of the rock layer. According to the present invention, the method for constructing a temporary steel facility for a circular steel pipe wall forms the wall using the steel pipes, in which a gap blocking portion is formed to improve an effect of blocking inflow water through the soil layer in comparison to a conventional wall formed by a sheet pile. Before excavation, cement mortar is filled in the lower end of the steel pipes to form a front barrier wall to improve constructability and eliminate a process of installing and removing a barrier member to shorten construction time and reduce construction costs.
