Passive protection system for offshore platform
The present invention provides a passive protection system for an offshore platform. The passive protection system comprises a protection net; the protection net comprises a plurality of horizontallyarranged main ropes and longitudinally arranged auxiliary ropes; sides of the main ropes are anchored on a first metal column, and the other sides bypass a curved guide rail fixedly connected to the second metal column and are connected to a rope tensioner arranged at the top end of the second metal column; the first metal column and the second metal column are vertically arranged side by side. The passive protection system effectively limits the displacement of a hull when colliding with an offshore platform by applying the initial tension to the protective net, and ensures the safety of a ship and the platform. At the same time, the high-energy-absorbing chemical fiber rope is stretched to absorb a lot of kinetic energy of the hull, and a certain degree of buffer zone exists, which effectively limits the secondary collision due to displacement of the ship.
本发明提出了一种海上平台被动防护系统,包括防护网,所述防护网包括若干横向排列的主绳和纵向排列的辅绳,所述主绳的一侧锚固在第一金属立柱上,另一侧绕过固定连接在第二金属立柱上的弯曲导轨与设置在第二金属立柱顶端的绳索张紧器连接,所述第一金属立柱和第二金属立柱竖向并列设置。本发明通过采用对防护网施加初始张力,有效限制了船体将要对海上平台发生碰撞时发生的位移,保障了船只和平台的安全。同时采用高吸能的化纤绳索的拉伸对船体的动能进行大量的吸收,且存在一定程度的缓冲区间,有效限制船只位移发生二次碰撞。
