The invention discloses a prefabricated fast assembled enclosure structure and a construction method thereof. The enclosure structure comprises enclosure plates, vertical columns and enclosure foundations; the vertical columns are fixed to the enclosure foundations, and each enclosure plate is fixed between every two connected vertical columns; the enclosure foundations comprise foundation platesand anchoring nails, and pre-embedded screw rods with the top stretching out are pre-embedded in the foundation plates; and reserved grooves are formed in the vertical columns, and the left ends and the right ends of the enclosure plates extend into the reserved grooves of the vertical columns and are fixed into the reserved grooves of the vertical columns. The pure dry connection mode is designed, wet operation is avoided, and construction is fast and convenient.
