The invention discloses a wave-absorbing composite material for shielding signals of electronic equipment, which is characterized by comprising, by mass: 15-30 parts of resin matrix; 3-7 parts of a dispersant; 2-5 parts of an anti-settling agent; 10 to 20 parts of graphene; 10 to 20 parts of a carbon nanotube; 5-20 parts of silicon nitride powder; 5-20 parts of silicon dioxide powder; 10 to 15 parts of cobalt oxide; 10 to 15 parts of zinc oxide; and 100 to 200 parts of a solvent. The electromagnetic shielding fabric has a good electromagnetic shielding effect and also has a wave absorbing function. The graphene and the carbon nanotubes have good mechanical properties, and meanwhile, the silicon dioxide and the silicon nitride are used as absorbents together, so that the absorption wavebandrange of electromagnetic waves is expanded, and the absorptivity is enhanced; zinc oxide and cobalt oxide increase the hardness of the obtained composite material and improve the electromagnetic waveabsorption rate of the material.
