Geopolymer material with wave absorbing and electromagnetic shielding functions and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a geopolymer material with wave-absorbing and electromagnetic shielding functions. The geopolymer material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 175 to 280 parts of a silicon-aluminum mineral raw material, 100 to 130 parts of an alkali activator, 80 to 100 parts of lightweight aggregate, 28 to 50 parts of a carbon material and 2 to 8 parts of methyl cellulose. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the components in the alkali activator until the components are clarified, and standing; the preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring a carbon material component and methyl cellulose into an alkali activator solution, stirring, mixing, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, adding a lightweight aggregate component, and uniformly stirring; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing, stirring and grinding sialic minerals in proportion to obtain geopolymer powder; and uniformly mixing the conductive alkali activator-lightweight aggregate mixture and the geopolymer powder. The geopolymer material has the advantages that all the components of the geopolymer material are good in synergistic performance, the lightweight aggregate is fully utilized to construct a conductive network in the geopolymer, the lightweight and high-strength geopolymer material has the wave-absorbing and electromagnetic shielding functions, and the application field of the geopolymer is greatly widened.
本发明提供一种兼具吸波和电磁屏蔽功能的地聚物材料,按重量份计包括以下组分:硅铝质矿物原料175‑280份,碱激发剂100‑130份,轻质骨料80‑100份,碳材料28‑50份,甲基纤维素2‑8份。上述材料制备方法包括:将碱激发剂中的组分混合搅拌至澄清,静置;将碳材料组分和甲基纤维素倒入碱激发剂溶液中,搅拌混合、超声分散,然后向里加入轻质骨料组分,搅拌均匀;将硅铝质矿物按比例混合搅拌研磨得到地聚物粉料;将导电碱激发剂‑轻质骨料混合物和地聚物粉料,混合均匀。本发明的优势在于:地聚物材料各组分协同性能好,充分利用了轻质骨料在地聚物中构建导电网络,使轻质高强的地聚物材料兼具吸波和电磁屏蔽功能极大的拓宽了地聚物的应用领域。
