The early-strength glutinous rice mortar material is prepared by the following steps: mixing 100 partsof calcium hydroxide powder, 40-70 parts of gelatinized glutinous rice mortar and 30-60 parts of water, pouring, demolding, pre-drying, homogenizing moisture, and curing and hardening in a CO2 atmosphere to obtain an early-strength glutinous rice mortar hardened body. The method is simple in process and low in operation difficulty, the early-strength glutinous rice mortar can be obtained in a short time, the problem that the strength of the glutinous rice mortar develops slowly is solved, and a novel efficient method is provided for practical application of the glutinous rice mortar.
