The pile driver comprises supporting legs, a hammer head, a first cross beam, a first connecting rod, a guiding mechanism arranged on the surface of the top end of the first cross beam, a damping mechanism arranged on the surface of the bottom end of the first connecting rod and a fixing mechanism arranged on the surface of the top end of the hammer head, wherein the guiding mechanism comprises a supporting rod, the supporting rod is arranged on the surface of one side of the first cross beam, a positioning block is arranged on the surface of the side, opposite to the first cross beam, of the supporting rod, a second lug is arranged on the surface of the top end of the positioning block, a first lug is arranged on the surface ofthe top end of the first cross beam, a fastening bolt is arranged on the inner surface of the first lug, and an external thread is formed in the outer surface of the fastening bolt. The pile driver has the following beneficial effects that the stability of movement of the first connecting rod is conveniently guaranteed, accurate striking of the hammer head is facilitated, the working efficiency isimproved, the hammer head is damped, the damage of impact force to the connecting rod is reduced, the hammer head is conveniently fixed, and the hammer head can be conveniently disassembled and replaced.
