Civil engineering pile driver rack body
The invention provides a civil engineering pile driver rack body. The civil engineering pile driver rack body comprises a rack, a lifting device, an object taking limiting device and a pile hammer. The rack comprises a top plate and a bottom plate. Two guide rods are fixed between the bottom plate and the top plate. The lifting device comprises a rope wheel, a driving device and a steel wire ropewinding the rope wheel. Two frame plates are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the top plate, and the two ends of the rope wheel are rotationally connected with the two frame plates. A first driving device drives a rotating shaft to rotate. The object taking limiting device comprises a moving block and at least one limiting plate. First sleeves in sliding fit with guide rods are fixed to the two sides of the moving block through first connecting rods. The limiting plates are erected at the bottom of the moving block through a rotating device and is driven to rotate. Second sleeves are fixed tothe two sides of the pile hammer through second connecting rods. A limiting block is arranged above the pile hammer, and a first through groove which is matched with the transverse limiting block isformed in the limiting block in the axial direction, wherein the cross section of the first through groove is inverted-T-shaped. The civil engineering pile driver rack body can automatically load thepile hammer, save the piling time and improve the piling efficiency.
