The invention provides a sponge city and comprehensive pipe gallery integrated system. The sponge city and comprehensive pipe gallery integrated system comprises a pipe gallery and a plurality of rainwater collecting and utilizing units, wherein the pipe gallery comprises a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity which extend in the longitudinal direction of the pavement and are arrangedin a mode of being separated from each other; an urban water supply and sewage discharge treatment unit is accommodated in the first cavity; an urban power supply unit and a communication line unit are accommodated in the second cavity; a gas unit is accommodated in the third cavity; each rainwater collecting and utilizing unit is buried under the pavement in the transverse direction along the pavement and penetrates through the first cavity in the vertical direction; and all of the rainwater collecting and utilizing units are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pavementand are used for collecting and treating rainwater and then supplying water to vegetation on the pavement. The sponge city and comprehensive pipe gallery integrated system has the advantages that integrated construction of the sponge city and the comprehensive pipe gallery can be realized, rainwater is collected through the rainwater collecting and processing unit and is then supplied to urban flower bed vegetation for water supply, and the utilization rate and the manageability of urban resources are greatly improved.
