The invention relates to a portable prestressed trackless construction hanging basket. The portable prestressed trackless construction hanging basket is characterized in that jacking stand columns arearranged in the centers of steel box main longitudinal beams of two main trusses, jacking supporting points are arranged at the lower ends of the jacking stand columns, and screw holes are formed inthe bottoms of the jacking stand columns; jacking jacks are arranged between the supporting points arranged at the lower ends of the jacking stand columns and the steel box main longitudinal beams, and the bottoms of the jacking stand columns are connected with the screw holes formed in the centers of the steel box main longitudinal beams through jacking adjusting bolts; and a gap supporting steelplate is further arranged between the bottom of each jacking stand column and the corresponding steel box main longitudinal beam. A prestress principle is adopted for triangular trusses, so that themain longitudinal beams of the triangular trusses are changed into pressed rod pieces from bent rod pieces, the stress positions of front upper cross beams are changed, the size of the steel box mainlongitudinal beams of the hanging basket is reduced, the weight of the steel box main longitudinal beams is reduced, and the load capacity of the whole hanging basket is increased. The steel box mainlongitudinal beams of the hanging basket have the advantages that the construction load requirement can be met, and the ultrahigh pier hoisting and assembling requirements of hoisting equipment can bemet.
轻便型预应力无轨道式施工挂篮,其特征在于:在两片主桁架的钢箱主纵梁中央设置有可顶升立柱,在所述的可顶升立柱下端设置有顶升支点,可顶升立柱底部设置有螺孔;所述可顶升立柱下端设置的顶升支点与钢箱主纵梁之间设置有顶升千斤,可顶升立柱底部与钢箱主纵梁中央设置的螺孔通过顶升调节螺栓连接;所述的可顶升立柱底部与钢箱主纵梁之间还设置有缝隙支垫钢板;通过对三角桁架采用预应力原理,使三角桁架的主纵梁由受弯杆件变成了受压杆件,改变前上横梁的受力位置,减小挂篮钢箱主纵梁的体积、减轻钢箱主纵梁的重量、加大整个挂篮的荷载量。实现挂篮的钢箱主纵梁既能满足施工荷载要求,又能保障吊装设备进行超高桥墩吊装和拼装需要的优点。
