According to the sealing supporting and overpressure protection structure for the middle cylinder component of the hydraulic breaking hammer, the technical scheme of the sealing structure for the middle cylinder component is that two high-pressure oil ways are arranged on a high-pressure oil pump of the hydraulic breaking hammer, and a pressure reducing valve and a one-way valve are sequentially connected to the two high-pressure oil ways respectively; the two high-pressure oil ways are connected to a high-pressure oil channel and an oil groove formed in the front portion and the rear portion of the middle cylinder body respectively, an overflow oil channel and an overflow valve are additionally arranged on the front portion and the rear portion of an inner hole structure of the middle cylinder body at the same time, and when oil pressure is too high, oil drainage is conducted to protect a sealing piece against damage; the breaking hammer solves the problems of strain, oil leakage, weak striking and the like of the piston and the inner surface of the cylinder body in the process that a drill rod is pressed to enable the tail of the drill rod to separate the large-diameter front end face of the middle section of the piston from a buffer cavity and enter a front cavity in the initial working stage of the breaking hammer, and meanwhile, the supporting force for the large piston is improved.
本发明一种液压破碎锤中缸部件密封支撑和过压保护结构,所述中缸部件密封结构技术方案是从液压破碎锤高压油泵设置两条高压油路,两条高压油路上分别依次连接减压阀和单向阀,两条高压油路分别连接到中缸体前部和后部设置的高压油道和油槽,在中缸体内孔结构前部和后部同时增设溢流油道和溢流阀,当油压过高时进行泄油以保护密封件不受损坏;本发明解决了破碎锤在工作起始阶段,压紧钎杆使钎杆的尾部将活塞中段大径的前端面脱离缓冲腔进入前腔的这一过程中造成的活塞和缸体内表面的拉伤、漏油和打击无力等问题,同时提高对大型活塞的支撑力。
