The invention discloses an environment-friendly acrylate leaking stoppage reinforcing grouting material and a preparation method and an application thereof. The grouting material is prepared from a material A and a material B. The material A is prepared from 10-20 parts of water, 70-130 parts of acrylate, 15-35 parts of a cross-linking agent and 1-3 parts of an accelerant; the powder B is preparedfrom 1 to 3 parts of initiator, 60 to 100 parts of silica powder, 40 to 70 parts of cement, 0.1 to 1 part of a water reducing agent and 1 to 3 parts of a water repellent. The grouting material disclosed by the invention is a functional composite environment-friendly grouting material; the grouting material has the properties of high strength and good durability, has the properties of strong waterabsorption, large expansion rate and strong consolidation force, can be effectively applied to engineering waterproof plugging reinforcement, is low in viscosity, can be poured into fine cracks, canrepair and reinforce loose layers and hole honeycomb structures, and is a novel functional grouting material integrating waterproof plugging reinforcement.
