Ferronickel slag roller compacted concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of recycled building materials, in particular to ferronickel slag roller compacted concrete. The ferronickel slag roller compacted concrete is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of ferronickel slag powder, 10-15 parts of ferronickel slag particles with the particle size of 1-5 mm, 55-70 parts of ferronickel slag particles with the particle size of 5-25 mm, and water with the amount 0.2-0.3 time that of the cement and the ferronickel slag powder. The invention provides a method forpreparing the roller compacted concrete by using the ferronickel slag powder as a cementing material and the ferronickel slag particles as an aggregate. According to the invention, the ground ferronickel slag powder and cement are creatively compounded to be used as a cementing material, and the sorted ferronickel slag particles are used as the aggregate to be rolled and molded to prepare the road concrete. The method belongs to reutilization of solid waste, turns waste into wealth, and develops a new technology and a new way for additional value utilization of the ferronickel slag.
