Method for reinforcing hollow plate girder bridge by adopting corrugated steel plates and UHPC
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge reinforcement, in particular to a method for reinforcing a hollow plate girder bridge by adopting corrugated steel plates and UHPC, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: treating the concrete surface of an original hollow plate girder bridge bottom plate (1), removing an original steel bar protective layer, and exposing steel bars (5) of an original structure; a corrugated steel plate (3) is prepared, welding studs (4) are arranged on the corrugated steel plate (3), the welding studs and reinforcing steel bars (5) of anoriginal structure are welded together, and then UHPC (2) is poured, so that the corrugated steel plate (3) and a hollow plate girder bridge bottom plate (1) are formed into a whole. The advantages of the corrugated steel plates (3) and the UHPC (2) are fully utilized and combined to be well used for reinforcing the hollow plate girder bridge, so that the hollow plate girder can better work cooperatively, the transverse integrity of the hollow plate girder bridge is enhanced, the service life of the hollow plate girder bridge is prolonged, the bearing capacity of the existing hollow plate girder bridge is enhanced, and the hollow plate girder bridge has wide application prospects.
