The invention discloses a prestressed carbon fiber flexible material tensioning and anchoring device and a construction method thereof. The tensioning and anchoring device comprises a tensioning end bottom plate, a fixed end bottom plate, a fixed end anchorage device, a corner tensioning support, a tensioning screw rod, a jack, a carbon fiber material, a tensioning end tool anchor and a tensioningend anchorage device. According to the device, the lower space of a bridge and a building beam is fully utilized for corner tensioning, the tensioning device reduces the occupied length below the beam, the reinforcing length of carbon fibers on the bottom faces of the bridge and the building beam is increased, and the overall reinforcing effect of the bridge and a building is improved. Meanwhile,the length of the tensioning end bottom plate is reduced, and materials are saved. The corner tensioning support, the tensioning screw rod, the jack and the tensioning end tool anchor can be repeatedly used.
一种预应力碳纤维柔性材料张拉锚固装置及其施工方法,张拉锚固装置包括张拉端底板、固定端底板、固定端锚具、转角张拉支架、张拉螺杆、千斤顶、碳纤维材料、张拉端工具锚和张拉端锚具。该装置充分利用桥梁和建筑梁的下部空间进行转角张拉,张拉装置减少占用梁下的长度,使碳纤维在桥梁和建筑梁底面的加固长度得到延长,提高桥梁和建筑整体加固效果。同时减小张拉端底板长度,节省材料。转角张拉支架、张拉螺杆、千斤顶和张拉端工具锚可以重复使用。
