The invention provides a cast-in-place pile positioning device. The cast-in-place pile positioning device comprises a reinforcement cage, a string barrel, a feeding mechanism and pile holes. The positioning device is characterized by further comprising a fixing mechanism and a limiting mechanism, the reinforcement cage comprises reinforcing ring ribs, the fixing mechanism comprises multiple groupsof cantilever rods mounted on the pile holes, the cantilever rods are square rods, and a sliding rail is arranged on one side of the cantilever rods; the limiting mechanism comprises limiting rods and hinged rods, each limiting rod is in an L shape, the top of each limiting rod is slidably connected with the sliding rail, and the bottom of each limiting rod is fixedly connected with a limiting unit; and the middle of each hinged rod is hinged to the middle of the corresponding limiting rod, each reinforcing ring rib is suitable for being installed on the inner side of the corresponding limiting unit, and the hinged rod and the limiting units jointly limit the up-down displacement of the reinforcement cage. The invention aims to overcome the floating problem of the reinforcement cage in the pouring concrete process of cast-in-place piles, realizing of accurate positioning of the concrete string barrel is facilitated, the accurate mounting position of the reinforcement cage is guaranteed, the reinforcement cage is prevented from floating in the concrete pouring process, and the pile-forming quality of the cast-in-place piles is improved.
