The invention provides a novel house building pile foundation structure and a construction method thereof. The novel house building pile foundation structure comprises a steel pile casing protecting wall arranged in a pile hole and a reinforcing mechanism arranged at the enlarged bottom of the pile hole; the steel pile casing protecting wall is spliced by multiple sections of steel pile casings, alimit groove and a limit block are arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of each steel pile casing respectively, every two adjacent steel pile casings are spliced by aligning the limit blockand the limit groove in the opposite edges thereon and are welded and connected through a joint; each steel pile casing extends to the top of the enlarged bottom part in the pile hole from a pile orifice; and the reinforcing mechanism comprises a reinforcing support part and a support steel pipe, the reinforcing support part is fixed on the outwards inclined side wall of the enlarged bottom through reinforcing rivets, one end of the support steel pipe is connected with the reinforcing support part, and the other end of the support steel pipe is fixedly connected with a reinforcement head arranged at the pile hole bottom in advance to form a truss structure. The pile foundation structure can effectively improve safety of the enlarged bottom part of the pile hole in a construction process.
本发明提供一种新型房屋建筑桩基结构及其施工方法，包括：设置在桩孔内的钢护筒护壁、设置在桩孔扩底的加强机构；钢护筒护壁由多节钢护筒拼接而成，钢护筒的上下边缘分别设置有限位槽和限位块，相邻的两节钢护筒通过其上相对边缘的限位块和限位槽对准拼接，并通过接缝焊接连接；钢护筒护壁从桩孔口延伸至桩孔内扩底部分的顶部；加强机构包括加强支撑件和支撑钢管，其中加强支撑件通过加固铆钉固定在扩底中向外倾斜的侧壁上，支撑钢管的一端与加强支撑件连接，支撑钢管的另一端与桩孔底上预设的钢筋头固定连接形成桁架结构。本发明桩基结构能够有效提高桩孔扩底部分施工过程中的安全性。
