Jacking cross beam construction does not need to be added, building temporary back jacking support construction does not need to be additionally mounted, a building original structure column does not need to be dismounted, bearing force of a steel pipe pile is directly used forserving as the building to carry out synchronous jacking deviation rectifying construction counterforce, through a jack and a counterforce frame, jacking force is transmitted, an upper steel base plate, a lower steel base plate and anchorage tools are arranged above and below the jack, the building is subjected to multi-segment jacking, after construction at each jacking stage is finished, a temporary back jacking support does not need to be added, the anchorage tool of the lower steel base plate only needs to be locked, the jack can be subjected to pressure relief, a jacking iron part betweenthe jack and the upper steel base plate is adjusted to carry out secondary synchronous jacking deviation rectifying construction, the rest can be done in the same manner until jacking deviation rectifying construction is finished, the construction period and the construction cost can be effectively saved, and the building original structure damage can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种筏板基础建筑物同步顶升纠偏的施工方法,不需要增设顶升横梁施工、不需要增设建筑物临时回顶支撑施工、不需要拆除建筑物原结构柱;而是直接利用钢管桩的承载力作为建筑物进行同步顶升纠偏施工的反力,通过千斤顶及反力架传递顶升力,在千斤顶的上、下方布置上部钢垫板、下部钢垫板及锚具,在对建筑物进行多段顶升,每个顶升阶段施工完成后,不需要额外增设临时回顶支撑,只需要锁紧下部钢垫板的锚具,就可以对千斤顶进行泄压,再调整千斤顶和上部钢垫板之间的顶铁构件就可以进行再次同步顶升纠偏施工,以此类推,直至顶升纠偏施工完成,可以有效的节约施工工期和施工成本,也可以减少对建筑物原结构的破坏。
