The tensile strength safety residual value x is added on the basis that the bond stress of the grouting area of the grouting sleeve on the reinforcement is larger than the tensile strength of the reinforcement, it can be guaranteed that the bond stress of the grouting area is larger than the design tensile strength value of the reinforcement, and thus even though construction is carried out when slurry in the sleeve does notreach the strength requirement, a grouting solidification body cannot tear or crack.
