Electric heating firing device and electric heating firing process for ceramic tube
The invention relates to a ceramic tube firing device, in particular to an electric heating firing device and an electric heating firing process for a ceramic tube. The device comprises a cellar body,a bracket and a heating device. The heating device is an electric heating body which is arranged around the inner wall of the cellar body, and the bracket is composed of vertically arranged verticalcolumns and hanging racks horizontally arranged on the columns, wherein gaps are reserved among the columns. According to material and thickness, the heating time and temperature can be adjusted by computer automatic control, so that the temperature in the cellar body is kept consistent, and the electric heating firing device controls precisely, saves manpower, safe and reliable and multipurpose and wide in application range. By adopting an electric heating mode, combustion exhaust gas is not generated, so that the electric heating firing device is clean and environmental-friendly. As the electric heating body radiates a product directly, the energy loss is reduced.
