According to the automatic water surface garbage cleaning device, the buoys areadopted to provide buoyancy force to realize floating of the device on water surface, a PLC is adopted to control a first motor to periodically rotate to drive a winding roller to rotate, a tractionrope is contracted or stretched, the device is made to dive and float upwards at regular time in cooperation with exhausting and inflating of the buoys, and automatic cleaning of the water surface floating garbage is achieved.
