The invention discloses a water surface garbage automatic cleaning device which comprises a ship body floating on the water surface and internally provided with a warehouse; the support frames are symmetrically fixed at one end of the boat body; the garbage collecting device is rotationally arranged at the end, away from the ship body, of the supporting frame; the garbage transporting device is obliquely arranged between the two supporting frames, and an output shaft of the garbage transporting device is in transmission connection with the garbage collecting device through a belt; and the two ship body power devices are fixed to the two sides of the ship body in parallel through charging connecting rods.
